Rules-

1) By entering the Competition You hereby accept these Competition Rules and the Terms and Conditions.

2) The Competition is free to enter.

3) The Open competition is open to all members of the public.

4) Entries must be submitted by not later than 5 pm , January 20, 2021.

5) Photographs are to be submitted on both soft and hard copy. Soft copy Images should be no smaller than 1MB and no larger than 5MB and Images should be JPEG files. Hard copies should be of 12’’x 18’’size.

6) Entries will be judged by a jury, whose decision will be final and no negotiation will be entered into with respect to any such decision.

7) Awards Ceremony and the overall winners will be announced on 26 January 2021.

8) The District Tourism and Promotion Council reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any entry that does not comply with the rules.

9) Each Entry must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity.

10) Participants must be aware that no animals were harmed or manipulated in the making of the image.

11) By entering participants agree to participate in related publicity and to the use of their name and likeness for the purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation.

12) Winners will be announced online.
